    Cupcake Boot Camp

    The intensive three day Cupcake Boot Camp workshop has been designed to equip students with all the technical knowledge to embark on a commercial cupcake business.  The total Boot Camp encompasses decorating, packaging and transporting cupcakes. Student’s will learn trade secrets to baking the perfect cupcake and receive Planet Cake’s own recipes for a range of cupcakes, ganache and buttercream, as well as a variety of designs for both buttercream and fondant covered cupcakes. The workshop covers how to create a professional, three tier, iced stand as well as how to package cupcakes in large quantities for transport. In addition, owner Paris Cutler, provides an overview of the cupcake market and guide to pricing in the most comprehensive cupcake workshop on the market.
