    Opening in 2004 as one of Australia’s first privately run cake decorating schools, Planet Cake is now the largest cake decorating school in the Southern Hemisphere, with over thirty courses on offer ranging in skill level and ability level to cater for the novice student, professional cake decorator, pastry chef and hospitality professional.  Planet Cake presents the most advanced teaching curriculum in Australia.  Whether you wish to have a professional cake decorating career, or decorate cakes as a hobby, there is a course that is suitable for you.
