Established in 1996, Planet Cake is owned by Paris & Billy Cutler and is based in the heart of Sydney's iconic and artistic Mecca, Balmain. Planet Cake creates cakes daily for celebrations of all types including birthdays, weddings and corporate brand events. A celebrity favorite, Planet Cake has created cakes for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's wedding and Celine Dion's 40th birthday.

In addition to their famous couture cakes Planet Cake operates the largest cake decorating school in Australia teaching students in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth and attracting students from all over the world wanting to learn cake decorating from the best in the business. Planet Cake has taught cake decorating classes since 2004 and due to their popularity has appeared on television shows such as Getaway, Fresh & Sydney Weekender, Morning Show, Disney Channel, 60 minutes and Masterchef.

Paris Cutler released her first book Planet Cake a Guide for Beginners in March 2009 published by Murdoch Books and her second book is scheduled for release in October 2010; both books are available from all good book stores and available internationally.
