    Planet Cake Quick Start 102 - Square

     

    This workshop is an abbreviated version of Basics 102 and is designed as an express version of the original Basics 102 workshop.

    It is designed for students who have completed Basics 101 or Quick Start 101. The most important learning outcomes of setting up and covering a square will be taught in this workshop; however the cake decoration will be simplified in order for the student to complete the learning outcomes of setting up and covering a square as quickly as possible. By the end of the workshop, students can expect to have learned the basics of setting up a square cake with ganache, colouring and working with fondant, icing a cake board and simple cake decoration. On finishing Quick Start 102 you will be qualified to attend Basics 103
