Planet Cake Courses

In 2009 our decorating workshops will be in their 6th year. The Planet Cake Decorating School was in part developed from a purely selfish requirement of not being able to find adequately trained staff; it has now become the most enjoyable and rewarding aspect of our business. We teach a commercial level of modern cake decorating based on our unique training program suitable for professionals and hobbyists alike.

Our teaching philosophy is focused on cutting (ganaching) and covering cakes and mastering increasingly difficult shapes and decorating techniques as you advance. Nearly all of our courses and demonstrations are taught by Planet Cake staff with formal qualifications, industry experience and intensive Planet Cake training, our attitude is to share everything and hide nothing, please feel free to email our school with any questions: courses@planetcake.com.au
